Idk why I even keep coming back.Also once I went in at 6:40pm last tome cuz they close at 7pm and they turned me away because they "already have people in line"Lol ok so you guys don't want lasting customers and you don't care about making money. So I just asked for an 8th and a preroll.I was charged for both but they didn't put the preroll in my bag.So I try calling and when you try to speak to an actual person they just keep rerouting you to their main menu until you get so mad you hang up and decide to try to forget how bad of an experience you just had.I keep trying and I keep getting terrible results. so since that's my usual dilemma I opted to order online this time to see if it is just me who sucks and not them.Well I get there and of course they don't have my order. I've come here 10+ times and every single time I leave upset.Today I made an online order because if you don't they will make you wait in line for 30+ minutes because they will serve every medical/online order first, including people who keep walking in as youve standing there, even tho they're coming in 20+ min after you've already been waiting. If you're medical maybe you'll get better service idk. In addition, Steve established Harvesting Hope, a non-profit organization that supports young children suffering from seizure disorders. Since 2013, Harvest has donated over 500,000 to local charitable organizations, veterans, seniors, and patients in need. but I have other choices now! The lack of concern for customers is pushing me to try an other dispensary! To be honest I feel like I walked into a bad retail store and walked out with a bad retail experience!!!! Soon they will see that their competition is giving better service and taking away their patients! I just had the worst 45 minute experience because everything I needed was out of stock with nothing similar as a replacement! I have run retail stores and if I ran my stores like they are I would be going out of business! I guess they don't care because they have a product patients need! I recommend trying a different dispensary! Harvest also continually looks to make an impact beyond the four walls of its dispensaries. For the last three visits they were out of the products that were effective for me and when I spoke to a supervisor I was told they don't control any of their purchasing! In fact they have no way to speakWith anyone corporately even if there is a problem! I have been going to this store for over a year and I amWitnessing the deconstruction of it.pricing is higher than other dispensaries I have gone to, but I continued with them because they were the only store in the Air Park. They changed their loyalty program but actually don't have an AP and it is complicated to connect to it. Their website is not updated and you may find something you like that they actually don't have, even if it is on their website! They had a great happy hour that is gone and discontinued. I would have agreed with the higher rating six months ago but they are now sliding downwards.
